For the purpose of fulfilling the publication obligation under Article 1, paragraphs 125 to 129, Law No. 124 of August 4, 2017, and subsequent amendments, it is declared that the Company received, in the financial year 2020, benefits falling under the state aid regime and the de minimis regime, for which there is an obligation to publish in the National Register of State Aids as per Article 52 of Law No. 234/2012.
